First Aid at Work

This 3-day course will help you meet your regulatory requirements if your risk assessment indicates that first aid training covering emergency protocols only is sufficient for your workplace.

This course is ideally suited to workplaces where a risk assessment has identified the need for staff to possess appropriate first aid skills and knowledge.

Under the guidance of our specialist First Aid at Work trainers. Using the latest training technique, it maximises learner recall and confidence and meets HSE regulations.

Who should attend?

All higher risk workplaces that have identified a need for comprehensive first aid e.g. light engineering and assembly work, food processing, and warehousing, extensive work with dangerous machinery or sharp instruments, construction, chemical manufacture.

How long is the First Aid At Work course?

The Classic Learning course will be delivered over 3 days (3 x 6 Hour sessions – Total 18 hours) and takes place at our venue.

Our course start promptly at 9 am and finish 3pm – Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.

We provide a Non-Consecutive option for your convenience.

If you would prefer to spread the training over 3 Non-Consecutive days, we can spread it across 3 weeks with advance booking.

How Does The Assessment Work?

After being taught throughout the First Aid course, there will be a range of methods used to demonstrate your knowledge and practical skills. These includes practical real-life scenario examples and questioning.

The final examination will be multiple choice and open questions.

Upon successful completion of this course, each delegate will have the knowledge, confidence, and certification to be a responsible First Aider in their workplace.

How Long Does My Certification Last?

Your First Aid at work certificate will expire three years after the date of completion.
